"To be called NoLIta Place, the 24-hour doorman building will have 65 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with 19,000 square feet of first-floor retail space. "We think it's a great opportunity for people from downtown and midtown to live in the SoHo-NoLIta market," said Al Troup, the vice president of the Carlyle Group, whose president is Frank C.
