| Some of the pleasingly low tech equipment. Like a moonshiners lab. There is lots of praise heeped on these wines - even the other wine makers we visited seemed to have no problem placing Knoll in a different class - yet this hasn't gone to anyone's head around here. Just a family making wine like they've done for generations. |
