Mildly interesting year end Google Zeitgeist featuring most searched for terms in a variety of categories.
In other google news, this wired article: Google vs. Evil has gotten lots of weblog attention. Seems like a non story. But there sure is a lot of attention being paid to whether they will slip up or not. Sounds like jealousy if you ask me.
how did i ever get by without knowing what las ketchup was?
Yeah well I read the same page & I still don't know what las Ketchup is.
I think it's a cross between Fanta and that green catsup.
is that something like a V8?
C'mon. It's a group. Three attractive young ladies, daughters of the famous flamenco guitarist El Tomate. I kid you not.
You guys don't get out much, do you?
We'll all meet beneath the world's largest catsup bottle.
does that mean youve heard of them before or is that just a reference to the inanity of the conversation?
I' like to say it's a reference to the inanity, but alas I have indeed heard of las ketchup. And I don't get out much myself, so I'm pretty surprised if you guys really missed this one.
I can say i've never heard the song. Keeping my fingers crossed.
It's like the freakin' macarena. You guys heard that one, right?
Yeah that was the diminutive form of the chupacabra, right?
oh man. my sister posted a picture of me humoring my cousins by doing the macarena dance with them on her website. it was on a family disney trip & i had a big mickey mouse t-shirt on. i wish she'd take it down. one guy at city club looked me up online and found that picture and i've never heard the end of it.
