i was under the impression that sort of thing happened all the time in new orleans. just not always on bourbon st. not surprising. were the brothers black?
Yeah, such things occur pretty frequently here, not too often in the French Quarter though. Petula Dvorak was one of my favorite crime writers back then, but she's moved on. I don't know if brothers were black.
