In the latest shooting, police said Johnson shot at a 13-year-old boy and another juvenile near the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South Johnson Street late Tuesday. No injuries were reported.
The $5,000 reward will be given to anyone who can provide information that leads to the arrest and indictment of Johnson.
"No one asks for your name, there is no caller ID and you do not have to testify to receive the cash reward," said Darlene Cusanza, executive director of Crimestoppers.
