I feel bad for Brandon the guy shot in the head over his car in the Iberville Projects
A Metairie man was found shot to death in the Iberville Housing Project in New Orleans Sunday morning. Police say eighteen year old Brandon Kirby died of a gunshot wound to the head. Police are still looking for Kirby's vehicle, a burgundy 1995 Mazda Milennia with Louisiana license plates.
