On my recent trip to the outer burbs of Chicago, D was greeted with the news that her sister wants to move out of the nursing home to a hospice. It's not clear whether it's depression, or just being tired of living with a much reduced function, or some combination of both.
So while I'm sure that the fighting back is trying, especially for your big sis, at least she's fighting.
And stay away from those nasty tobacco sticks. The proceeds are used to fund our robotic overlord (Dick Cheney).
