Yeah, it's been about 6 years here at the tree, and then there was the emailed version I sent out to a few people, starting in 97. I hope we don't have to wait that long to see pics of your firehouse renovation (although I guess you already have posted some before pictures). Oh, and thank you for your faithful reading.
