I've been thinking on it. It does seem called for.
I'm ta' lookin' forward to it.
The ta'fore mentioned link to the times was in tuesdays 5/16 science section. The Bird-man (birder) equiped with a dish mic. listening device in golden gate park. He posited theories on humans picking up (and not) musical themes from birds and cited examples of both in classical music. When there was no connection possible, but strong similarities, he called it a convergence.
smock smock (really : schmock schmock / fake yiddish ?) was meant not as a critique but an audio puntuation mark. Steve Allen used it throughout his broadcast career, mostly as a void filler.
auk auk, eak eak, tuki tuki
