scothes are blended with water when brought to market--but whats the right amount?? when sold at "cask strength" it is as distilled--where the god/goddess made it--you add the water (PLEASE!!) and must be pure water--also its unfiltered and will drop a sediment in the glass as well as change color and caracter while imbiding (as you will too!!:>)
