There is a long list of people who have been singing Julie Voyce's praises for years. In fact I can't think of another current artist who has had more acknowledgement & admiration from her peers, no matter how different their practises may be.

There is also a long list of large Canadian institutional curators that have ignored her. A mid career survey of her work would be a revelation even to people who think they know her work. (Perhaps the AGO could get on it after they've curated that show of Rodin, Brancusi, Caro and Kelly Mark.)
