Love the outfits. I need a selection like that for busking with my accordion. Har!

The wardrobe choices are irresistible.

The gloss is quite nice, & the songs exquisite.

T5D were friends with the most excellent composer JImmy Webb. Nobody was better at late '60's pop tunesmithy.

Except Laura Nyro:

I adored T5D! I wanted to be one of them. I think I had a crush on each and every member. The soundtrack to an era.

Of course, the whole age of Aquarius thing. I was listening to a music podcast out of Rotterdam and they played this great obscure tune called Carpet Man (written by Jimmy Webb of course), not to be confused with Puppet man, that got me interested in their lesser hits. There was one youTube up for a while with the usual spinning 45 visuals, but it was recently taken off for 'use violation'.

But for fuck's sake, no one has heard of the damn song, I doubt that one crappy fan video ate into record sales.
