In an email Joe McKay metioned that she had the tapestries woven in Turkey, but I assume they shipped the cat from the U.S.

It is a sickness, isn't it. (though in your case, you contracted an unbelievably beautiful form of the disease)
The image with the guy was a picture of a sculpture that was in the show in San Francisco. Kris staged and shot her photo to match, then made both rugs in America.
Oh yeah, so now you know that I don't actually read your emails.
In an email Joe McKay mentioned that the cat was Turkish and they are shipping it back to the U.S.
