work with me annie is interesting because of any number of response and sequels that were created, my favorite being Etta James' Roll with me Henry. All were banned by the FCC (though the point that Chris Rock makes about the aristocrats being a white joke b/c black comedians and the chitlin circuit needn't that release comes to mind) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGJOnu4UnRk
