It's actually my grandma's farm house a few miles outside of Wishart, Saskatchewan. It's still standing, a cousin of mine now farms the land. In fact I suspect that we are related to everyone in Wishart.
The door was secured with a rusty bent coat hanger. (a Saskatchewan lock is what my brother called it)
Sally can attest to my goofy smile whenever I get a whiff of horse manure at the Royal Winter Fair. (AAAAAWWWWW it smells like grandma's farm)
I bet that my mother, Rose, was named after the wallpaper in the middle photo.
Spooky/cheery is a hard combo to pull off ....
