So what's the story with kai?
Tea company (Ito En) with a shop on Madison Ave opened a restaurant this year....not sure whom is cooking but it is what I was looking for when we went to Sugiyama with you last year, while I think we ate nicly there and a few things rocked, I dont think you or we would go back...Kai on the other hand was more clean, more exotic, so beautiful, both of these restaurants the meal is a classic after tea ceremony meal called kaiseki, but whom could do it better than a great tea company??
