Diet:
Breakfast is one juiced grapefruit added to 2 liters of water.
Lunch is Irish Oats slow cooked, adding 2 oz of yogurt, 1/2 banana, few raisons and some fiber (omega 3/6/9 tablets and also a tab of folic acid)
Dinner is beans, grain, tofu, rice, greens, hummus, etc (good old hippie food)
This diet doesn't sound so bad.
its a great diet, just not the usual as of laterly and in small portion.......the body is a creature of habit, above is prob still 1800ish calorie's, i was a minimum of 4K with lots of meat, my system is not yet adjusting well, soon it will, and soon I will add back in small amounts the other food groups.....what must end is excess, i need to be a low moderate, dinners out once a week, not 10 times, once in a while a huge blow-out, trust me I am off to France in Feb and I am going to EAT...
do you have a rice cooker ? they do rice, oats and lintels great and one i am aware of from japan can be programmed in advanced.
not yet, we have always wanted one, but never found one or we are just oo lazy, thanks for the link
