We just got our first can of Lyles Golden Syrup. I don't see the point of misdirecting the path of this stuff to the mouth by way of anything but a spoon.
but what is it?
Just pure cane sugar. Thick like honey with crystallized comb only much tastier.
I had one spoonful followed by another big one.
Posted link during sugar rush and now feeling a bit of a crash.
steve dibi told me last nite i need to be more open minded but i cant be
so steve please stick to local honey its better for you
I'm allergic to honey.
what happens 2 yah??
My father and I did keep bees when I was a kid. I've been stung many times but only twice had allergic reactions.
I first noticed my honey allergy when I was about 30. If I eat a spoonful or more of honey my tongue feels like I burned it on hot food or liquid. I figure it's going to get worse as I get older so I try to avoid honey altogether.
Funny, we have some supposedly fab local honey in a bear bottle sitting here waiting to give Linda and Skinny. We were going to give it to you last time we were supposed to go over.
thanks i have a lemon juiced w/ honey every morning
ive posted on this before. the benefits of taking local honey. if your not allergic that is.
turns out it's an invasive food
Honey bear mmmmmm
are you allergic to bees, too? didn't you used to keep bees?
