My friend Sue and I just ate at Alder last night. Menu has changed quite a bit and everything we tried was delicious. Wylie said he was the happiest he has been in a while with flipping burgers. The hostess confirmed this was true. We were not at the bar so we didn't try one. About WD closing, Wylie was pretty sentimental and said it was "bittersweet." Tried to talk him into two open spaces here near us, he says he is still looking.
