We ate a rabbit sausage the other day with insane sweet corn, made like a creamed corn style, filled in between all the parts, I could see this dish that way.....

my mind is blown by that suggestion. I was so close but didn't see it!!

In honor of Jim!! Missing is the house made chimichurri sauce to add color and more flavor, Jim's yummy avostash sauce would work but this dish IMHO needed no more rich texture, just color flavor and crunch (shallot vinegar-y herbal etc)

p.s. this is my first creamed corn ever, it was winged and instead of black pepper I used two kinds chile so its spicy (light)......not healthy with cream, butter, etc but tasty.....
