Whoa...
what is it?
Minimus (Oregon) chard / Pinot sparkling wine. Love tasting new (to me) stuff from them. We opened a bunch of fun things for Tonys birthday. This was most interesting I thought.
2010/2011 blend of Chard and Pinot Gris. 48 months on the gook. There was a 24 months that was awesome, but Chad wanted to extend tirage. There will be a 72 months but for friends and family. The inspiration was Neal Rosenthal's great Cava maker....
