Taste: Great

Cost per bowl: $8.50

Improvements: $2.50 more chanterelle = $11.00 per bowl, otherwise nothing....

I'd love a few more details so I could try. Just the cob broth, or is there dairy? Potato or no? I don't see any...

Garlic, oil, butter, shallot.......cook slowly, add chanterelle
Boil corn remove, loosely shave corn into above leaving some meat for broth, cobs back in pot with some cream and butter, but really not too much, reduce....
Pour B (strained) over A, add parsley
Serve (one hour start to finish)
