this is from 1964. i dont ever remember soup with my frozen dinner. we didnt have them too often. wasnt big on the salisbury steak but i do remember getting the fried chicken.
ahh yes, the turkey w/gravy.
This was my family's preference
The whole family would eat them. We had individual free-standing tables that we would gather around the tv, we probably did this every other month. My mom mostly cooked from scratch but we did eat our fair share of stouffers and swansons. My sisters and I would heat up cans of chef boyardee and franco American for lunch on weekends and summers. Beefaroni, ravioli and F/A spaghetti and meatballs were my favorites.
was big on the f/a spaghetti and meatballs. also add steak umms to the party.
love them but i was more a pot pie guy
and lets not forget

i can almost smell it. would the entire family eat them or was it everyone is doing something, throw a tv dinner in the oven? i was gonna add a frozen pizza post but it triggered a dizzying deja vu and i bailed.

thats what i was thinking of when talking about franco american spaghetti and meatballs but that is a thing unto itself. only s&m i ate was chef boyardee but i was mostly about the spaghettios. oddly never went for the kraft mac & cheese.
