I guess. But you'd need the thermometer attached by cord to an external bluetooth transmitter (that would sit on the counter, since the oven is too hot and is basically a faraday cage.) Then you'd probably just have your phone right next to it anyway, so that's a bunch of extra cost that wouldn't be very necessary in most cases. If I'm cooking I am probably in the kitchen, in which case I want my phone on the counter anyway.
But yeah, bluetooth thermometers like I describe do exist.
