I am a Tavern Fan so from that menu I had....
Heirloom Cauliflower w/ Almonds, Capers and Lemon
Baby Carrots, Farro and Swiss Chard
Chilled Nettle Soup w/ Pickled Ramps and Asparagus (and maybe pea's)

And I am not Vegan but "mostly Vegan" each week with a nice mix of some Animal/Dairy...

These off the Tavern Mains sound up my alley as well
Vegetable Stew w/ Asparagus, Ramps and Parmesan
Mushroom Lasagna

And this is AWESOME!! I could eat 3 orders!!
Calamari & Carrot Salad w/ Toasted Pine Nuts and Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette
