i got a nice batch done with a food processor. 1 ginger peeled root. chopped. poured off liquid into cup. made tea from the pulp. cooled it down added a cup of honey and 1 1/2 lemons. added brita filtered water to make two quarts. could do with less lemon juice and a little less honey. would go good w/ dark rum or bourbon or just straight. im out in pa right now.
