the chicken, the gamay from gros jean to go with it (cheap and rosenthal delish), and start with a kerner (adige white), and do as much of the menu as you can, i did mostly veggie things (with the necc pork, like asparagus wrapped in proschuito:>) - Skinny 6-12-2009 2:10 pm
