Raw real and balance inc animal, conscious flexitarianism....
We could live on dried mongolian yak for years I bet here in NYC...
#1 to me is no chemicals in the food; hormones, in the soil, etc....
So sadly I skip seafood in NYC minus dinners out (and than only higher end Japan/Euro origin), I don't trust many area waters nor water-farming in the USA and abroad....
Personally I skip desserts to make up for the sugars I get in wine (over use), love the raw fruit as the end of the meal treat (or some raw milk cheese)....
