Oldest wine bar Malaga Spain
was gonna make my first banana bread in some time, and then i wasnt. had to chuck a lot of stuff and by a lot i mean not much but more than nothing.
been trying to cut back on the bready products for the last two months. mostly successful. lets say an 80% reduction. still snacking on the nuts and some breaded chicken cutlets are the main offenders. maybe a bag of soft corn torillas might have slipped in there.
still not exactly dieting but i am eating a lot more fruit. maybe thats not particularly conducive to dieting if you eat a lot of it but i have to eat something. anyway, just lugged a cantaloupe and pineapple home in my overstrained daypack from the wholesale club. that is joined by some honeycrisps, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes and bananas. got some frozen blueberries, bananas, pineapple and strawberries for good measure. if im not making smoothies from the frozen bits im just chopping up the rest and putting it in a bowl to be picked at though ive started in on the yogurt as a mix and got some superfood, not flaxseed but similar to sprinkle on next. ill be making açai bowls before you know it.
had to work in Charleston, lovely city, crazy night life town (i did not partake minus wine light at dinner), amazinf food at The Ordinary** (seafood) and Vern's (top quality bistro, Paris level)
