OK, you can revert to the old new comment style (one thread at a time) in [settings]. Also there is a a 1 column table template now if you are [create]ing new pages which will center your text (or pictures.)

Okay, so I'm going to recreate at least four pages as 1-column pages. This means (1) changing the name of the existing pages to /xyz1, /xyz2, /xyz3, etc. in [editpage], (2) creating new, 1-column pages with the old names, (3) migrating the contents of the /xyz pages to the new pages and (4) changing the URLs of the /xyz pages to "blank." Will this work?

Problem: I tried to create a new 1-column page (/tommoody/artwork/paintbrush) and was told no such page existed. When I tried again it said the page already existed. It's not listed in the index. Obviously something's wrong.

OK, I'll check this. But you don't have to do all that. Just go into [editpage] for the existing 2 column page and change the 'page template' to 1 column table. That should be all you have to do.

You're right, it worked. I was assuming, as in the last version, you couldn't change the page style once it was created. Excellent improvement. To create /tommoody/artwork/paintbrush now I'll just copy one of the one-column pages. All I need now is that file name free.

OK, I erased /tommoody/artwork/paintbrush. Hopefully that's what you wanted. I still have it up on my screen if you want me to put it back in the database.
