Very strange. I fixed Steve's posts so they show now. They are being posted without a bit of meta information that the system should be providing at post time, and without that they won't show up. The weird thing is that this only seems to be happening to Steve. This should be a big enough clue for me to figure out what is happening, but so far no luck. I'll keep trying. Sorry about all this. Please keep reporting.
Hitting the view this whole thread button made all my comments show up. That or the timing was such that you fixed the problem and I hit the view whole thread button simultaneously.
