nice!
im using safari and it rolls top to bottom, left to right (left to right is almost imperceptible) filling with color on (at a rate of about two lines per second) and goes dark when the last bulb at bottom lights and starts over again. but with ie basic on off at rate of one on one off per second. what were your intentions? or does that not matter?
Thanks. I have plans for this grid, once I get my GIF builder reloaded and re-registered. My guess the lights blink in clumps as it loads in Safari; it's a top to bottom sweep in IE and everything is in tight sync in Firefox on Windows. I'm going to try to factor that in, whatever I end up doing with it. Nice job on the Trouble with Oscillation, BTW, eventually I'll post a comment to your page.
Whoops, cross post. My comment was to Sally--I talked a bit about my intentions there. Thanks for the Safari report, Bill. I knew it would be, um, different. As I've mentioned countless times before, Apple is not friendly to the whole lo-fi amateur web thing. At least my lo-fi amateur web thing.
of course, being a safari girl, i thought that clumping was intentional and I like it. (thanks re: T. with O!)
