According to Alex, this comic I bewilderedly found on the floor of the PATH train is a supplement to the NY Post, which is reprinting/serializing vintage Spider-Mans, no doubt as a promo for the upcoming Movie No. 3. This panel is from ish #2, "The Terrible Tinkerer," 1963. I think it's bizarre that they're reprinting the Lee/Ditko stuff, but was happy to see it.
Somebody has been making some good decisions where the Spiderman movies are concerned. Too bad the decision makers for the Fantastic Four weren't like-minded, It's as if they never laid eyes on a Kirby book.
