This happened to me once too, except I think we were on our way back from a dead show. Got to love those pictures. (strangely, via camworld.)

Probably he was with me, but I just meant the scene at the highway gas station with a lot of kids laying around on the ground, or sort of wandering off aimlessly, blissed, ranting...You know, that sort of thing. Sometimes you just have to get out of the car for a little while.
what do you mean "sometimes you have to get out of the car for a while?" you or them? you dont have to get out of the car and act like your possessed by god. maybe they were just overcome by fumes.
