did you notice his anti napster comments ?
yeah, and lenny was trying to say the grateful dead were the original napster for letting people tape their shows. haven't the gd been involved in quite a few lawsuits of their own for copyright issues?
I recall him mentioning that it intefered with his ability to send his kids to college. im not aware of other copyright litigation. it did seam to contrast their open policy regarding concert taping.
