i didnt watch. i did hear a favorite actor alan arkin won something. LMS was a cheese-puff movie but glad he got his due. loved him in a favorite genre (nyc (spanish harlem) in the 60's-70's) movie popie.

I saw the "Best Picture" and "Best Director" movie--the whole thing is premised on Jack Nicholson being super-scary and Jack Nicholson was not super-scary.
