so there was no way i was going to get out of this week with my bike seat intact once i brought it up. one of the two solid metal bars that constitute the spine that run up the length of the seat on either side of the post snapped clean in half. seems unlikely that it was as a result of the recent light thievery, i think my fat ass probably had more to do with it. there was some light rusting which might have increased the vulnerability, too.

its a good thing i dont believe in anything or a might draw the wrong conclusion about what the world is trying to tell me. i should just throw my bike away, right?
