Right. But couldn’t that all just be bolted on externally to meet regulations.   Also, In the article they mentioned electric conversion  kits.  There are more and more survivor vehicles which eventually won’t be allowed on the road save  electric conversion. The conversion packages may be the real purpose of this prototype truck.
