Yeah, just put the router between you and the modem. If your pc is connected successfully to the net (just being passed through the router) then just open your browser and you can talk to the router by going to (what is it? It will say in the linksys manual - I think it's http://192.168.1.1) You just configure it through the browser. Pretty easy. It basically just looks at how your machine is connected and copies that for you.
Give it a new password when your done.
