the klh model two is stereo, so that covers that. but the add ons add up. sub woofer $80.00, and the cd player is $200.00. you could always use a discman with an ac adapter. yeah, im thinking about a stereo. just trying to make the tv and laptop sound better. right now im using a small sony srs-t77 mini speaker unit for the laptop. im using airport express, so i should be streaming internet radio and mp3's through the stereo wirelessly. my old stereo is crapping out and i never got around to running the tv through the old stereo. one other side note. my friend gave me his 44" sony flat screen monitor. but it has a burned out power supply. if i get it fixed i can incorporate that using the comcast digital cable box.
