I’m not quite clear on your syntax. The birds above are American Goldfinches. I’m willing to believe you’ve had Pine Warbler at the feeder, as the species (unlike most wood warblers) does winter almost exclusively in North America and a few remain at rather northerly latitudes where they will visit feeders (there was one in Prospect Park all last winter; they like suet.) Bay-breasted, on the other hand, is highly unlikely. They should all be in South America, and it would be news if you’ve got one.
