DMTree Crawfish Outing??

A few words to those who would like to pass for crawfish cognoscenti. Call them crayfish only if you want to be recognized as an outsider. What you call these tiny fresh water lobster look-alikes (also alias crawdaddies, yabbies, creekcrabs, and mudbugs) is as much a clue to your origins as the manner in which you eat them.
Eat!? I thought we were going to party together!
we are, great music and crawfish eating, if i am free i'm in.....just the idea of eating another crawfish pie w/o fling south has me tickling all over!!...save the date:>)
You guys can keep your cra[w|y]fish. Everybody knows the hot new cuisine is Ala Wai Mantis Shrimp.

JL have you eaten any raw, whats up with the tartare crawfish??
Negative, no, uh uh, not this cowboy, did I say no yet, well maybe. I don't know what's up with it.
i have been loving the raw shrimp dishes lately at top Japanese spots.....maybe its not a good idea??
