accidentally fell into a conversation on twitter with someone about kubrick only to remind myself that i put the pseudo in pseudo intellectual. his take was kind of absurd but he had the confidence of someone willing to wield it that came from at least a wellspring of knowledge as opposed to the mountain of trivial that ive built my house of shards upon. all of which is just a preface to the realization that i use to make amtrak reservations under different names, one of my favorites of which was david bowman, bowman because i was a sagittarius, and if i ever knew, i have no recollection of the fact that is this the name of the lead character in 2001. did i mention trivial?
