has been a long time since i went out to see a movie but i got dragged to see spring breakers tonight. its a film by harmony korine who wrote kids and not much else in the past 15 years. well, maybe he has some indie cred but i never saw his other movies. hard to pin this one down. it was visually rich and the score was perfect but i guess since the characters were so misguided and morally bankrupt it was hard to watch, which may have been the point. an inspired effort about the least inspirational of people.
